Twitching everywhere!

I'm not particularly anxious but I'm so fed up of getting these twitches. I've had them loads and they are widespread, I have also mentioned them to the doctor on a few different occasions so I don't think they're anything sinister. But they are driving me absolutely nuts. Its mainly my legs but also my arms, feet and sometimes sides or back.
Any advice or tips to minimise them? I read magnesium deficiency can cause it but I don't like taking supplements unless I know I need to.

I used to get this. Sometimes it was my lip or my eyelid. Once my eyelid twitched for about 3 weeks on and off! My GP said it was just tiredness. He said if it was anything more serious I would normally have other symptoms too.:yesyes:
