dilated pupils sertraline

Anyone had this? I took 50mg sertraline and 25 mg phenergan yesterday at around 11 am, I felt really tired and fell asleep at around 3pm and both pupils have been bigger since.

Hey, my pupils were bigger when I was taking sertraline. It's common in that type of anti depressant ☺

i got uneven pupils for the first couple of months when i started it .... the tiredness kicks in on the evening for me when there dying down in my system good meds stick with :)
