itching

Hi guys
Can anyone tell me if they itch all over my doc reckons it's anxiety I'm not sure iv had anxiety for over 25 yrs and I've never had this symptom I itch every so often back stomach head heals toes evey where

I was also told that my random itching is anxiety Melvin, hard to believe and of course I put it down to several serious illnesses, all of which my Doctor said I didn't have. I find that mine disappears if I am busy and distracted.

Hard to get my head around this because as I say iv had anxiety for yrs now and iv had some pretty serious side effects but never once itching but thanks for your reply
