Yesterday was enjoying myself ice skating (never do anything risky) and a person came flying into the back of me, knocked me off my skates and i fell and banged the top back left of my head on the ice (hard enough to knock my glasses off)
Of course suffeirng with health anxiety I made my boyfriend rush me to A&E where i was seen straight away by a doctor, who said the damage had been done and to just keep an eye on me for a day or so. it's now been nearly 36 hours since I did it and I am completely terrified that it will cause internal bleeding.

Can't stop googling and just need some comfort :(

I didn't lose consciousness and didn't vomit, I don't feel particularly dizzy just have anxiety symptoms, a sore head where i hit it and the odd head pain.

Please help :(
Well wishes to all xx

You are well past the danger time for an intracranial bleed, so try not to worry.

2-4 hours after the event is the time to watch for any headaches, nausea, vomiting, drowsiness...signs of pressure from a bleed inside the head.

If you had a bleed, you would definitely know it by now. xx
