Had this a cew times the past few weeks but it only happens when i go to bed, never any other time. Is this common with anxiety?

Im just going through a really terrible stage of anxiety. Im probably at my worst since 2010. Its hard to break the rythm when it gets in full flow. I constantly feel on edge, im always aware of my heart rate, im mot monitoring my breathing. Iv been in work all day and i didnt notice a thing. As soon as i got home i began monitoring it again.

My chest definitely gets worse as i lie down though.

Dont know what to do with myself. I really do need to follow up on this CBT thing with the doctor, but its difficult to confront it that way, im in no means denial of my problem but its difficult to do.

I dont want this to overtake my moods and push me down but im struggling to find a way out st the moment. Its difficult to talk about too, thank tod for the anonymity of this site.
