Living in NZ miles from my family and at the age of 41 found myself looking down the joyful (actually bloody awful) peri menopause. Always had anxiety floating in the back ground but have managed with hypnotherapy, breathing deeply and drinking water! Now my anxiety has been vamped up to a whole new level one which my usual tools seem to be useless against. I am obsessed about my health (dr google is not my friend) and actually managed to get anxious about being anxious the other day! So that me!! Hello all - oh and I forgot to mention trying to juggle a very chatty 9 year old and extremely loud and busy 18 month old...
