Costochondritis and acid reflux

So I definitely have very sore rib cartilage when pressed, seeing gp to follow up about sertraline and things. Sometimes when I take the sertraline it causes horrific acid (that and pregnancy) which then in turn causes some of the same back pain as my costo. Can acid reflux antagonise costo or vice versa?

No idea but I have both but I'm unaware of any interaction between them.
