Health Anxiety about your kids.

Does anyone else with HA stress about there kids health? I live in fear of something happening? My husband says all mums fear this? Its crippling me.

Most definitely, and it's pretty much constant!

I also feel this and have been told it's a mum thing! I'm so very lucky that my little one isn't often poorly and when she is it's usually just a cold and she gets over it very quickly. I don't know what I would do if anything happened to her.

My 11 yr old is constantly complaining about her ankles and knees. She's been a toe-walker and is slowly growing out of it. She has seen by consultants etc but I can't deny that I haven't catastrophized over it.. checking to see if shes pale, eating, has weird skin bruises etc.
