I am sick of everytime i get a symptom thinking that it's cancer. I have a dry patch on my arm that i picked and its got a scab on so now i am worrying it's skin cancer. 2 weeks ago i was getting pains in my left boob so i had breast cancer, i am still getting the pains but not as frequent. So now my mind is thinking i have skin cancer that as spread to breast. Sick of never thinking rationally and thinking everything is cancer. It doesn't help that i have been ill for 14yrs and no diagnosis only m.e/cfs.
