Hi there
I've been on 75mg of venlafaxine for a little over 3 months now having been on 75/37.5mg on alternating days for 3-4 years. I have struggled to adjust to this dose and seem to keep getting an elevated heart rate when I try to go to sleep at night, making it very difficult to fall asleep. It doesn't seem to be associated with feeling anxious. The GP has prescribed 10mg propanalol which helps a bit. I would have though that by now I would have fully adjusted to the ven. I've never experienced this before and it's making me feel I should try another medication, as anxiety around sleep is my main issue.
I'd be grateful for anyone else's thoughts about this.
