Very weak/light headed feeling?

For the last month I've found I keep getting these episodes of feeling extremely weak and sort of lightheaded. It's almost as if I can feel the weakness in my bones and have to lie still with head propped up as I feel like any movement would be too much. I usually get this after episodes of high anxiety and/or dysfunctional breathing. It really scares me when I get it because to me it feels like I'm dying/on my death bed (which I know sounds silly to other people)

Does anyone else ever feel like this?

I get like that just anxiety it does make u feel that ur dying but actually ur fine I know it's scary but am sure things r ok
