Aching Arms And Ankle.. And Chest Discomfort :(

Anyone else with Anxiety/Stress Suffered with This?

This is a new onset for me, Ive suffered with GAD for 8 years, These symptoms are relitavley new though..

Arms are heavy, warm and aching with tingling

Chest is a discomfort on left side below nipple, lower chest area too.. not sharp, just uncomfortable dullness

All can be explained as anxiety. The tingling is adrenaline, and the arm thing I've developed recently and it's listed as a symptom of anxiety. Mine comes and goes so for now I'm not paying too much attention to it. As long as you can still use your arm and it goes away I would put it down to anxiety for now. If you don't already try exercising as this is good for circulation and battling the symptoms.
