Been doing a lot of research recently on Pyroluria and was wondering if anyone else has any experience of this. It hints at b6 and zinc deficiencies as possible causes for anxiety/depression.

I have also read some research online that points at low levels of b6/zinc as being recorded in those with anxiety/depression even if you do not have pyroluria.

Just wondering if anyone has any knowledge on this subject

thanks

There are lots of theories about deficiencies in this or that causing anxiety-related problems. Have you been diagnosed with pyroluria?

My nan, who's 93, suffers severely from depression due to natural vitamin deficiencies as a result of age-related illness. She becomes a different person after receiving her three-monthly vitamin injection, much brighter and more confident.

So yeah, the balance of chemicals and vitamins in your body can play a part.
