Hello,

I've had anxiety off and on for 8 years. Most of the time it is manageable. But sometimes like the last few days it's been very hard. I have a problem with anxious thoughts that then make me even more anxious. This usually affects my sleep which causes even more problems. I'm hoping to learn some things here to help me.
