You're listed as being in the US. 111 is NHS in the UK.

Where are you trying to dial from?

A UK address or a hotel?

You should be able to just dial '111' if it is from a UK home address, no code before it, but from a hotel I would imagine you would need a bunch of stuff before 111, maybe?:shrug:

If it is a UK mobile, then it should not be an issue.

A US one will change the situation. You would maybe need the UK dialling code before 111?? :shrug:

Just found this from a web search:

If you are using a foreign-registered mobile phone within the UK, calls to 111 may not work or may not be free.
