Trying to ring for some advice, why doesn't the number seem to work?

You're listed as being in the US. 111 is NHS in the UK.

I'm currently in the UK and it isn't working
Where are you trying to dial from?
A UK address or a hotel?
You should be able to just dial '111' if it is from a UK home address, no code before it, but from a hotel I would imagine you would need a bunch of stuff before 111, maybe?

Its from a mobile
That's strange, I've used a mobile to call them without any problems.
US mobile number?

If it is a UK mobile, then it should not be an issue.
A US one will change the situation. You would maybe need the UK dialling code before 111??

Just found this from a web search:
If you are using a foreign-registered mobile phone within the UK, calls to 111 may not work or may not be free.
