Anxiety attack

Morning everyone, I am new to this page so be gentle:):)
I have been suffering with panic attacks for about 3 months now since me and my husband seperated.ni am currently on 30mg of citalopram and have been prescribed diazepam for bad episodes. I also get pains in my heart ( not all the time) feels like a bruising if that makes sense... I don't feel as though I am getting better. Was hoping to meet people as explaining this to people who haven't felt this way is hard work. Take care xxxx
