Can't calm down

I have a strange feeling in my head and I'm panicking like mad that it's serious and that something is going to happen to me. I can't calm down. I feel sick. I have nothing to take to help

Have you anyone you can call or talk to?

In the past I've called one of the helplines who deal with anxiety and managed to be reassured that the symptoms I was experiencing were anxiety and made me do some things to distract myself from it and it eventually settled.

Hi, try and distract yourself, I know its really hard, make a phone call, go for a walk, when I was bad I used to knit...... I hope you feel better soon

Horrible feeling in my head, I don't know what I thought was going to happen.. It took me ages to calm down. I was in bed and my kids were asleep. There was nobody I could speak to at that early hour. Xx
