Are these symptoms if IBS

This has only occurred really (as far as I'm aware) for the past 3/4 months and are kind of new to my IBS. Often when I am really full, my food comes back up into my throat, its not like vomiting its almost like reflux? And I just swollow it again. The only happens for about 20 minutes after eating alot.

This sounds like Gastroesophageal reflux disease, or GERD for short. It's a very common condition. See your GP for a divinitive diagnosis and proper treatment if confirmed. Nothing to worry about, more an annoyance than anything else.

I have an appointment for Tuesday so I'm definitely going to mention it. My mental health is terrible at the moment I'm not sure how much longer I can take this way of thinking. Everything is always worst case scenario with me and I just cant crack the feeling away.

My daughter has this. We switched to lactaid milk and she is much much better.
