Hi all,

Swear this should be in the FAQ section! So I basically wigged out Thursday night feeling tired but restless, tensing up, literally feeling the adrenaline pumping...

Since then I've been tired, as in really tired and feeling like all my sinuses are going nuts and having a strange headache that moves about as well as having trouble focussing with my eyes coupled with generally not giving a shit about what's going on. If i could I'd just lie in bed all day.

To cut this short. Is this normal? Just sick of this being up and down now for the last month.

Three days though seems really excessive!

I should listen to peers rather than dark thoughts :)

I had a whopping anxiety attack Wednesday night. I am still wore out today although I can feel it starting to improve. I think it's totally normal to feel drained after all the adrenaline being expended like that.
