Sertraline and muscle tension

Hi

Has anyone had severe muscle tension as a side effect starting Sertraline? Ive been on it 17 days 7 on 50mg and 10 on 100mg, the muscle tension is mainly in my chest and diaphragm area, also in head and face just feels like my muscles are contracted all the time, which is making the anxiety worse - spoke to GP Friday who just said it will take time. When do the side effects or anxiety start easing on this medication?

ive been on Zoloft for 10 years - I recall when I first started, I had some rough days. the side effects seemed to subside after about 1 month.
