Feel like im going blind or crazy

For a little while now i have been having some problems with my eyes. I feel as if I can't see what im looking at even when i can. When i walk in to a store its like my eyes don't know what to do and i cant see unless i find something specific to focus on. It gets really bad when i think about it, It just feels as if my eyes stop working.

This is common with anxiety. I have this too and its very hard to describe as everything looks different but yet it doesn't. It scared me for a while but over the years I have got used to it and realised it was more common than I thought.

I am currently experiencing this. Its like everything is almost fishbowled or something. Looks distorted but I know its not? Sometimes my eyes lose focus a little as well and I have to blink it back. Pretty sure its just all my anxiety.
