UTI blood in urine

I have a constant urge to pee but can't go and blood in my urine when I do. I'm presuming this is a UTI, which I had less than a month ago, got given antibiotics but now it's obviously back/never went.
I'm going to the doctor's tomorrow evening but stupid me googled and it said that it can spread to the kidneys and become serious, I'm scared now! :( But I can't really take the day off work.

Some bacteria are resistant to some antibiotics so you may need to get your urine culture and see which antibiotics will work the best for you. Never google it may not be serious and just a uti!
