esa assessment

Hi all I've been in the support group for 3 years after a limited work assessment .
I have now received a work capability form but it's not a limited work one can any one enlighten me on this or has this happened to any one else.
My condition is now worse than it was 3years ago

Hi Peter

Do you mean that you have been to an assessment and you have received in the post a letter saying that they have put you in the 'work-related' activity group? If that's the case then you can appeal, it will tell you what to do on the letter that you received. You have to 'appeal' within 28 days.
