Woke up in the middle of the night

I woke up in the middle of the night suddenly. And felt as if I couldn't breathe. It was really scary. Now I'm having huge headaches and I feel as if I can't breathe through my nose but there's nothing there. I'm honestly so scared.

I get that a lot and have trouble with a dry nose which makes me panic a bit about breathing. This can be caused by meds unfortunately.

I get that sometimes. Do you snore? Could be a mild case of sleep apnea. Your body won't forget to breathe, don't worry about that!

As for the finding it hard to breathe when awake, most likely this is down to panic or anxiety. Try to let it pass.

I wake up choking I dream I'm going to choke
Then i wake up coughing and choking it's awful it's common too
