My name is Colleen, I have been suffering from panic/anxiety for over 30 years but did not know that this is what it was. Thought I was crazy, alone, the only one suffering and this is my first visit to this site. I am in the process of "coping", if nothing more. I have lost my job, applied for disability and have driven my family crazy with my fears and thoughts. I hope that joining this site can give me a little relief in that I have an actual sickness that I need to deal with!!!!! Looking forward to a full recovery some day and happy to be aboard!!
