I suffered from reflux.
Basically waking up at 5, having a sore throat, hoarseness etc
During my recent depression and anxiety it stopped completely. No reflux issues at all.
Yesterday my I felt pretty normal and lo and behold the reflux came back.
Can anyone explain this?
