Really worried about what I have done

I was angry at something I couldnt do and in my head I thought "I would sell my soul for this" I dont know why I didnt mean it just skipped my mind. Now I am worried I am bound to this and am really panicking and having extreme anxiety

Jamie, it's just thoughts/words. I understand it is making you anxious but I'm sure you are fine. Perhaps think the opposite to cancel it out?
