Hi, I'm new to this forum and suffer with agoraphobia. And very rarely apart from work ever leave the house. My panic is the fear of not knowing were the nearest toilets are .Stupid I know but find it hard to do the normal things in life let alone go anywhere in public. For me this stems from an op to have gallbladder removed 12 years ago, leaving me with looser stools.
Anyone else with similar problem please get in touch desperate for help.
