I'm freaking out a bit.
I feel like I have some kind of blockage in my right lung, like I have food in there or something. It feels achy, and it burns a little, it feels weird when I swallow, and I really feel something is stuck in there.
It is now beginning to throb a little bit too. Anyone else had this?

It doesn't help that I just did a symptom checker on NHS and it's telling me to call 999.
I'm really scared and unsure of what to do now.
