I've been having symptoms that I suspect are side effects of low estrogen for 6 months now. I have an appointment with my OB/gyn on the 19th but I just discovered a new symptom today - a fissure (cut) on my labia. I can't help but freak out. Logically I know that it's probably low estrogen since I'm 41 and I've been breastfeeding my son for the last 27 months. Regardless I still worry about cancer :(
My symptoms in addition to the fissure are:
Periods, every 21-24 days
Nausea before periods (for the last 10-11 months)
Left-side raw feeling on labia with no irritated skin (in October)
Left-side cyst on labia majora, 2x (in Early/mid December)
Left-side cyst underarm (in mid-January)
Both legs tightness/mild-cramping (ongoing since mid/late December)
Rapid aging - Skin elasticity drastically decreasing (the last year or so)
Increase in aura migraines (for the last 6 months)
Tender armpits (last month or so)
Labia fissure (late Jan/Early Feb)
Has anyone else experiences fissures down there? Or any of these symptoms?
