I'm always worrying about my hands shaking, I become acutely aware of it and it gets worse when I'm thinking about it.
Last night though I was leaning on my left elbow on my bed when the hand on the arm I was leaning on had a sort of spasm.
My fingers were twitching by themselves and I didn't really know what to do.
It stopped, but now I'm worrying about what caused it. I don't even care about my hands shaking anymore.
I've never had this happen before, but I can't really figure out what caused it. it was really scary.
Additional info I'm 23, I work on a computer all day, I'm right handed, very anxious, and a vegetarian.
