Left sided headache pressure on temple

Has anyone else experienced a headache just on left side feels like pressure on temple. I do suffer with migraines however I always get an aura beforehand. This feels different. I had pain around my eye. I'm scared it's an aneurysm or something bad. Any help please

Definitely had this. But on the right side. Does a painkiller help? i would put an ice pack or warm facecloth or hot wheat bag against it. Applying pressure probably makes it feel a bit better, right? It's tension from either the jaw, neck or shoulder. I had it for 6 months and it triggered daily panic attacks. I would wake up night feeling like my temple was gonna explode. It went away when I got a brain scan and nothing sinister was going on. But I had to fight for the scan because the dr said its a common place for stress headaches and he knew nothing was wrong. Do you have other symptoms?

No just feel like pressure side of my head I thought maybe tension headache but thought this was only both sides. Painkillers has eased it slightly
