Help! Anxiety is getting to me and crazy symptoms

Hey guys I need some help!

Suffering bad today. I have serious anxiety. Just coming off sertraline and going over citrilopram, it's so hard, I have been getting dizzy, figured it was down to finishing the old one, having two day break then on the new ones but today after walking home from shops with the baby I was really dizzy, now I can't get it out of my head that it's s sign of angina...

I think it will be the meds, it's a common problem as well as being an anxiety symptom. Unfortunately I can't recommend a way to get rid of the feeling as nothing worked for me. If you can distract yourself then that's something to try. Maybe book an appointment with your gp so they can assess the meds you are on and give you a once over to help reassure you that everything is ok x

Thanks for the reply. I have had a good couple of days and this evening I'm really down again. Had dinner and was very full, and was convinced my heart was in trouble :(

Aw no it's horrible when you think you've cracked it and then something happens to ruin it. Just know that you can beat this and will beat it! And maybe not eat so much next time lol x
