Hi all
I've been having a horrible bout of anxiety/ low mood for the past few months. I do feel like I'm making some progress with it finally, but one of the symptoms that keeps coming and going is I get these flu like aches. No runny nose or sore throat, just aches I'm muscles and joints- not as bad as when you have flu, but that feeling you get when it's starting if you know what I mean.
I've had bloods done at the GP and they all came back ok. She said she'd know from bloods if I had any infections or even a virus. She also ran Crp to check fur inflammation but it's seems all is ok.
I have taken reassurance from this now but I just wondered if anyone else had the same kind of thing to share experience?
