Hi,
I've not been on here for a while.
I'm Mark I'm 45 and I live in sw uk.
I suffer from depression, GAD, and social anxiety. And I fear I'm becoming acrophobic.
I'm just about managing to stay at work as much as I feel its to much right now it gets me out the house.
I'm on nortriptyline, piradel and venlafaxine.
I don't have anyone that I can talk to.
