Tight chest & stomach pains

Does anyone suffer from tightness in their chest and a sore stomach when the old anxiety comes calling?

The doctor mentioned its acid being built up due to stress/anxiety, but wanted to know if anyone else has suffered from this...

I always get this horrible "rising" feeling in my stomach when my anxiety kicks in, sort of like intense butterflies? It makes me really nauseous.
