intrusive feeling that can't describe

hi guys. i was just wondering if anyone has ever had an intrusive feeling that they can't describe. what it is is like a feeling that comes into my mind that has no meaning it just seems to feel like its there. and every now and again it won't be there so it feels like a thought. if that makes any sense. also now it has also moved to every time i get a thought in my head it could be anything about anything. its like i get another feeling that pops up. like an anxiety feeling. its very very hard to describe. then other times it repeats in my head "theres that thing u think about when you think something". I'm just very confused. my mind is a mess. thanks
