Breast clinic appointment came through

So after being OK for a couple of weeks I got my letter through today and I'm back to being in panic mode! My appointment is next Saturday and I don't want to worry about it. I haven't had any pain for weeks and now I feel it today I do think its hormones but I'm so scared

Im just so worried about the appointment. I keep going to press the breast but how do I stop myself and distract myself? I don't want to be in agony again with poking and proddibg. I'm so nervous in case they say I've got something wrong when I attend my appointment

One way to distract yourself is to log off the forum. By posting and waiting for a response you're giving extra life to your worries by causing you to dwell on them.

Listen to music, sing, dance, take a walk, clean the house, play a game, call a friend to chat, watch a movie... ANYTHING to distract you from thinking about this.

Reassurance doesn't work so I won't offer anything except I'm 100% sure all is well based on your post history.
