So if you don't know just how bad my health anxiety is... this is something normal people probably don't worry about. I had a blood test done today, and the phlebotomist wrapped me up in this adhesive wrap with gauze after drawing my blood (picture is attached). So guess what I'm freaking about? ... that the stupid wrap cut off circulation and formed a clot, and now I have a blood clot that's going to travel to my lungs and kill me. Had the wrap on for about 4 hours and it was only after I took the wrap off that I started panicking, thinking that it was on too tight and it also rolled up a bit (bending my elbow made the wrap roll) like a tourniquet and I could've formed a clot :( This the what I deal with almost daily. High anxiety and I go into a panic and cry... just needed to let some emotions out. Ugh
