I'm 30 weeks pregnant and realised I have had a preseistant cough for a while now I have started getting prickly chest pain and achy arms and hands and shoulders I feel dizziness alot my iron ect is normal so no anemia so I Googled first time in a while and not good says heart attack or PE my doctors was all booked up so I can't get in and hear I'm sat with prickling pain in my chest I do have my good times where I feel normal but then I go back to this and feeling the chest /rib pain and I can't get out my head that I may be in fact having a heart attack or something I have yellow phelm in the morning which says is also a indication of heart attack 😣
