Post cold symptoms in evening only?

Hi All,

I'm new to the site and have battled with anxiety for years. For the most par I am winning but am currently on the tail end of cold...

Has anyone else experienced symptoms in the evening only? I mean low/high temp, nausea,fatigue,upset tummy..it's so strange.

Because of my anxiety I have issues with telling if its illness or me stressing myself out.

Nah... normal. Many times as we recover from a cold or other virus, we feel worse in the evening just due to fatigue from going as normal all day after suffering for a week or so. Our bodies need rest and that's all it is.
