Is this HIV or something else?

For a while, I've been obsessing about HIV. I keep having this bump behind my right ear. I think it could be a swollen lymph node. It is small. I feel it whenever I eat or drink. Is this a sign of HIV? Am I being a hypochondriac? Is this my anxiety?

I've never had sex and I've never shared needles. I have already tested negative for HIV before.

Back in November of 2015, I noticed that I had a bump behind my right ear but it went away.

Based on the above being the only ways to get HIV and the negative result of a test, what is the answer to your question? As for the bump? who knows... a cyst? A node? :shrug: It's gone now so...?

It makes me wonder why would you worry about HIV if you stated that you never had sex or shared needles? If that’s true then there’s no way you can acquire HIV.
