Is this a swollen lymph node behind my right ear?

For a few days, I noticed that there is a bump behind my right ear. It feels small. Whenever I eat or drink, I can feel it. I'm worried if this is HIV. Is this something else other than HIV? I feel completely fine. I've already tested negative for HIV several times.

I've never had sex and I've never shared needles.

I am 19.

How do you expect to have HIV if you have never potentially exposed yourself to it? You can't get infected out of nowhere.

I don't know what your small bump is without being able to see it, but in all likelyhood it's probably just a cyst, it's a common place for cysts to appear. In the earlobe, behind it or below.
