Hi all,
I have been suffering with insomnia the last few weeks, I've been on citalopram for 3 years but recently found I can't sleep at all.... I was wondering if this is down to me taking my medication at 5pm? I used to take it before I went to bed which was at like 10-11pm but recently changed so I remember to take them daily
I eat really well and generally am recovering well... I dropped down to 10mg last September :yahoo: but this has been really distressing as I've only been able to stay asleep for about an hour before waking up and staying up until 4-8am!
I found a lot about insomnia being caused in the initial few months but nothing about it happening a few years in! I only worry because previously I would sleep 9-12 hours a night so this is a total flip for me!
Any suggestions would be great, I'd love to know if anyone had similar experience x
