hi everyone, I am a newbie to the site.
I suffer from epilepsy and probable ptsd, which has made me anxious. I am soon starting CBT by phone with the NHS, referred by my psychiatrist. I am a 58 year old single male, very lonely at times after life-changing recent events.
I hope to chat with you when I am allowed access to the chatroom.
