This isn't a thread to start a row,but to say I'm not a bad person just going thro a tough time.i appreciate everyone's support on here and will get better!!I'm going to take a break from posting as suggested and start my meds and hopefully feel better soon.thankyou to the people who have posted with positive and supportive comments .never meant to hurt anyone's feelings thankyou

I did the same a few years back Beckie because I kept coming on here for reassurance & felt like I was going round in circles. It was the best thing I ever did. I ended up being away for months & now only log on to read & respond to others. Good luck & look after yourself. xx

I don't think anyone thought you were purposefully trying to upset people. I know how hard mental health issues can be, be that anxiety, depression or whatever and it's not always as easy as wanting to get better, wanting is only part of the battle. Good luck
