I popped in here looking for recommendations but couldnt see any so thought I'd share my own. I'm really into meditation, I find it helps me a lot when I can feel myself getting worked up i'll just go and lie down and listen to an audio.
I use an app called Stop Panic and Anxiety and it's great. It's free and all the audios are free - there's lots of guided meditation and mindfulness ones, but there's also one which is supposted to 'talk you down' when you're having a panic attack. I hope it's of some benefit to someone else too :)
