I've had this feeling like I something was pressuring me in the stomach area for like a month. Like I had a lump there or something. These past few days I sort of noticed some pain on the left-middle middle to upper side? Like it's not a typical pain. I was not diagnosed with IBS yet so I don't even know if I have that but it seems so because I was also constipated. I had endoscopy done and nothing was found. H. Pylori tests came back negative. I'm scared I have cancer but I'm only 17 so some part of my brain tells me it's irrational.

IBS can cause pain anywhere in the abdomen, from the top to bottom, left to right. The pain can range from dull, gas like cramps to sharp agonizing pains. You say you have constipation too, that can also cause pain in the area you mentioned. I wouldn't worry about bowel cancer at all with your age and symptoms. It'll be IBS or even more likely, abdominal pain brought on from anxiety.
