Hi all. Hope you dont mind me posting this, but here is a self help. Cbt booklet i have been given and i hope its if some use to anyone suffering from anxiety. It has many great tips for challenging your thoughts

There are loads of useful CBT tools in there, I'm sure they will be very useful to people.
